The purpose of this meeting will be to hold Board of Director elections (if required) and to receive, consider and approve 2022/23 annual reports, 2022/23 financial statements, and the Association’s proposed Preliminary Budget for the upcoming fiscal year (2023/24).

Directors/Staff Reports, Auditor’s Report (Sanders, Russell and Company) and 2023/24 proposed budget will be available on the Richmond FC website before the meeting.
