Richmond FC provides many development opportunities for coaches over the course of the year through the BC Soccer Coach Certification Courses, RFC Coaching Clinics and mentorship and guidance from the RFC Staff Coaches.

RFC strongly believes that coach education and certification is key to player development, better coaches = better players, and is working towards ensuring all coaches within the club meet the required level of certification based on the players stage of development they are currently coaching.
