Richmond Soccer Association will typically offer Small-Sided Referee (U9 and U10 games) courses in September or October depending on need. Interested applicants MUST HAVE turned 12 by the time the course is offered. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. This is a one day course.

Richmond Soccer Association will also, as needed, offer Entry Level/Youth Referee (U11 and U12 games). Interested applicants MUST HAVE turned 14 by the time the course is offered. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. This is a three day course.

Referee Refresher Course must be take annually by all Entry Level/Youth Referees and higher. These are offered in Richmond annually, usually in August and early September. This course is 2 hours and contains a fitness component.
