Scott has been involved in coaching professionally for 20 years. He has worked with the Scottish Football Association during this time and is a qualified Coach Education tutor with the Governing body. He has coached with Glasgow Rangers FC and in the Scottish Football Associations football Academy and Coach Development Programme. He has a B.A Degree in Sports Management, Scottish FA Advanced Children’s  coaching License and  Youth License.  Scott has experience working in both the grassroots and professional game with a proven track record in developing young players and coaches.

Marius is an award winning executive director, technical director, and community business leader with over two decades of global experience in professional sport. Committed professional, well-versed in developing and executing strategic and operational programs, building relationships while driving comprehensive growth from professional to grass-root soccer organizations. Distinguished career in community outreach, helping organizations benefit from high levels of engagement at executive and board levels. Experience working with diversity and inclusion initiatives, anticipating client specific needs, adapting to cultures and establishing win-win relationships to achieve goals.

Marius has also been coaching and Directing for a decade in MLS, coached and directed FIFA World cup teams for men and women and have played at the highest level in Norway, Scotland, Wales/England for more than 15 years.

David has over thirty years’ experience in professional soccer as a player, coach, manager, chief scout and agent. He is highly qualified and has worked extensively in Scotland and England with many clubs including Glasgow Rangers, Aberdeen and Greenock Morton as well as the Scottish and English FA. His qualifications include UEFA (A) Int. UEFA (B) License, Youth License. Children’s License.  Degree in Sports Development. Working with Disabilities Trainer Award, Coach educator for Coerver Soccer. Clinician at the world’s largest coach education organization, BC Learning Facilitator. David has been instrumental in helping young players to fulfill their dreams with Top Scholarships, exposure and transfers to MLS, USL, CPL, EPL and SPL clubs on a regular basis for the last 20 years.
